Privacy Policy
Effective July 23, 2026
BeatFive is a local beat-making app published by the BeatFive developer. Questions about this policy can be sent to zqz523406@gmail.com.
Music and project data
BeatFive stores beat projects on the device. Exported audio is created locally and remains on the device unless the user chooses to share it. BeatFive does not provide accounts and does not upload music projects or exported audio to a developer-operated server.
Deleting BeatFive removes data stored inside the app container. Files previously exported to another app or location must be deleted there separately.
Advertising
The free version uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform. Subject to the user's region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's configuration, Google and its advertising partners may process:
- device identifiers;
- coarse location inferred from signals such as IP address;
- product interaction and advertising interaction data;
- crash, performance, and other diagnostic data.
This information may be used for third-party advertising, advertising measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
BeatFive requests applicable privacy choices before requesting ads. Where required, users can reopen Privacy Choices inside the app. Tracking permission can also be changed in iOS Settings. Refusing consent or tracking permission does not disable BeatFive's music-making features.
In-app purchase
“Remove Ads” is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. BeatFive receives purchase entitlement status but does not receive payment card or bank account details. Apple processes and retains purchase information under Apple's own policies.
Retention and deletion
BeatFive does not maintain a developer account or developer server for user content. Local app data remains until the user deletes it or removes the app. Google and Apple retain information according to their own policies and the user's applicable choices.
Children
BeatFive is not designed as a child-directed app. Advertising is configured to request general-audience creative. The publisher does not knowingly request names, contact details, or music uploads from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated when BeatFive's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.
